## Description
Hiking is suddenly trendy again. But why do young people enjoy hiking so much ? In this episode, two friends move away from the performative aspect of the sport to ask themselves a simple question: what good can hiking do for the spirit ?  
  
What started out as a weekend hike became a story about youth, faith, access and reclaiming space in nature. From muddy shoes to mountain politics, from queer trails to spiritual walks, it becomes clear that hiking does not only shape the body, but also the mind.
