# Governing at 1.5°C in a fragmented world: Accelerating the operationalization of the Paris Agreement

## Description
🌍 Nearly ten years after the historic adoption of the Paris Agreement, how can we turn global commitments into concrete action, in an increasingly fragmented and uncertain world?  
  
As part of the Paris Climate & Nature Week, **Laurent Fabius**, Chair of the Circle of COP Presidents, is bringing together former COP Presidents to reflect on the next phase of global climate governance.

This session is exploring how the Paris Agreement’s principles of transparency, ambition, and climate justice can be operationalised amid geopolitical challenges, uneven climate vulnerabilities, and the urgent need for climate finance.
