## Description
PSIA is delighted to host a fireside chat between Nobel laureate Joseph Stiglitz and Professor Thierry Mayer to explore the **shifting landscape of global economic cooperation**. With the U.S. retreating from the multilateralism it once championed, what does the future hold for international institutions like the WTO? Can multilateralism survive without a hegemon - or must it be reimagined entirely?

The conversation delves into the deeper forces behind America’s change of position, its ripple effects on global trade, and the prospects for a more inclusive economic order.
