## Description
🌍 Inaugural Lesson - Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA), Sciences Po  
  
Marking the 10th anniversary of the Paris Climate Agreement, PSIA welcomed Teresa Ribera, Executive Vice-President of the European Commission for a Clean, Just and Competitive Transition, and one of the key architects of the 2015 Agreement.  
  
In her address to the Class of 2027, Teresa Ribera emphasized:

*   Climate as geopolitics: energy transition, security, prosperity, and justice are inseparable.
*   Europe’s responsibility: to act as a strategic and united player, combining ecological transition, competitiveness, and solidarity.
*   The urgency to act: the real burden is not the transition, but the cost of inaction.  
    

This lecture, chaired by PSIA Dean Arancha González, offered students the chance to engage directly with a leading policymaker shaping Europe’s climate agenda.
