## Description
This video is the 3rd panel of the 4th edition of the **Youth & Leaders Summit**, dedicated to **New Technology as a** **Disruptive Global Force** and took place on the **18th and the 21st of January 2019**. 

The Youth & Leaders Summit is a unique concept where both Youth and current leaders discuss our society’s issues together. It is a platform where Youth can engage, raise their own voice, and challenge the leaders. This year’s topic is: **"New Technology as a Disruptive Global Force"** This edition of the YLS is dedicated to **Kofi Annan**, to whom we would like to make a tribute for his major role in the international scene.
